This black cat has been hanging around the Atchison public elementary school on and off for the past two weeks. Does anyone recognize it? We need to find it a home or rescue if not, because it cannot stay at the school, so please share!

❓Does Anyone Recognize This Cat?❓

Unsure of the s*x, but we received a call today concerning a stray and skittish cat that has been showing up at a house near N 4th Street and Unity and recently showed up with a re**al prolapse. He/she is now incontinent. We just wanted to make sure this isn’t someone’s cat.

If you recognize it at all, please give us a call at 913-367-5530 or send us a message. Thank you!

🍌THIS DOG IS BANANAS, B-A-N-A-N-A-S🍌

Sully was surprisingly willing to let us deck him out in this costume so we will be testing this again in the winter with other clothes🤣

Sully is a 4-6 year old mix who has been here since June 2nd, 2025 when his owner locked him in a back room and moved out. Sully is a big boy, around 80 lbs. He does hyper-fixate on toys, so when other dogs are out in the yard with him, we put toys away. He is OBSESSED with fetch and could likely play all day.

Sully is a good boy but he does have struggles with manners, like jumping and getting mouthy when you carry the toy he wants and you won’t give it to him or throw it. He also pulls a lot on the leash. He can easily entertain himself, but we would love to find him a home where someone is willing to play fetch with him throughout the week.

If you would like to learn more about Sully, please call us at 913-367-5530 or send us a message. Please share! HAPPY HOWL-O-WEEN!

🐮Vivi Is Udderly Adorable and Ready To Find Her New Pasture!🐮

Vivi has been waiting for her furever family for 513 days… 513 days in a loud kennel, being our tester dog, getting loved on but always overlooked.

Vivi is around 5 years old, likely a staffy, and one of the cuddliest, friendliest dogs we have. We use her to test new dogs to see if they are dog friendly, because she is great at matching play-styles and submitting if another dog is more dominant.

Vivi is so precious and we want to see her on a comfy bed or couch, not growing old in this kennel. She has done beautifully with kiddos! If you would like to learn more about Vivi, please call us at 913-367-5530 or send us a message. Please share!🧡
