More than 20 kitties found homes today at the Feline Adoption Fair at the Rogue Valley Mall, who graciously provide space for us every month.

FOTAS - Friends of the Animals , Rogue Community Cat Rescue and Melly Cat Rescue were thrilled to find wonderful homes for kittens, kit-teens and adults, including two mama kitties that gave birth while in foster care.

The FELINE ADOPTION FAIR is TODAY!

The Friends of the Animals (FOTAS) monthly Feline Adoption Fair is TODAY, Saturday, June 14 at the Rogue Valley Mall, 11 AM - 3 PM, upper level, between Bath & Body Works and Spenser's.

In addition to adorable FOTAS kitties, we will be joined by Rogue Community Cat Rescue, Melly Cat Rescue and Oldies But Goodies Senior Rescue, for a total of 50 adoptable kitties!

All kitties have received some vaccinations, been dewormed, spayed/neutered, and are microchipped. Adoption fee is $125.

Adoption Policy for Renters: Renters must provide written proof that their landlord / leasing company accepts pets and a receipt to show a pet deposit has been made. The documentation should include the number of animals allowed.

What a wonderful adoption! Kathleen and Mark built a catio to ensure any adopted kitties would have a safe place to play! Once it was built, they fell in love with Moses (orange & white) and Bindi (gray and white tabby). Both of them were recovering from ringworm in the foster's home, so it took a while before they cleared and were available for adoption, but now they are settling into their new home!

We are so happy for Kathleen, Mark, Moses and Bindi!

Friends of the Animals (FOTAS) monthly Vaccination and Microchip Drive-thru is Saturday, June 21 in Talent, by appointment only.

We offer affordable vaccinations for cats and dogs, as well as microchips (a permanent form of ID to help get your pets back to you safe and sound).

In addition, dog licensing is available from Jackson County Animal Control on-site, immediately after receiving rabies vaccinations.
Vaccinations offered:

Cats: Distemper/upper respiratory/panleukopenia combo vaccination, and feline leukemia (FeLV) vaccination - $25 per vaccination

Dogs: Distemper/upper respiratory/parvo combo vaccination, and Bordetella oral vaccination (recommended for dog that interact with other dog and/or need to be boarded) - $25 per vaccination
Microchips – both dogs and cats - $30 per animal; includes life-time membership
