At Varian, our legacy is rooted in the vision of Sheila Varian and her renowned Arabian breeding program. But what led her to Polish bloodlines? How do they differ from Crabbet or Straight Egyptian Arabians, and why does it matter?

We are excited to explore these questions in an upcoming Arabian Horse History Clinic at Varian Equestrian. This event is perfect for anyone curious to learn more about the origins and influence of these incredible horses.

We are honored to welcome Evie Tubbs-Sweeney—who helped curate the Arabian Horse History Museum in Kentucky—to share her knowledge and bring this history to life.
