When selecting recipients, we evaluate a number of factors, both externally and internally.
From the outside, we look at things like age, overall health, soundness, and perineal conformation. From the inside, ultrasound allows us to identify issues that may interfere with a pregnancy.
Findings such as a negatively sloped va**na, uterine cysts, or fluid accumulation (including urine pooling) can create an environment that is not suitable for an embryo to survive and develop.
