CHANGE TO WEEKEND LOBBY HOURS

Dear Valued Clients,

At Pet Resort in the Gardens, providing exceptional care for your pets has always been our highest priority—and always will be! We are incredibly grateful for the trust you place in us and are committed to continually raising the bar when it comes to the love, safety, and personalized care we provide every day.

To ensure we're delivering the very best experience possible, we're investing additional time in team training and professional development for our staff. By dedicating time to ongoing education and refining our procedures, we're able to strengthen the skills and knowledge that help us provide outstanding care for every furry guest that stays with us!

Beginning Saturday, July 18, 2026, through Tuesday, September 1, 2026, our weekend drop-off and pick-up hours will be changing. Our new weekend hours will be:

• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

These adjusted hours allow our team dedicated training time while ensuring we continue to maintain the highest standards of care for the pets enjoying their stay at Pet Resort in the Gardens.

Please know that this change only affects weekend drop-off and pick-up times. Our commitment to the comfort, safety, happiness, and well-being of every pet in our care remains unchanged! Your pets will continue to receive the same attentive care, enrichment, cuddles, and individualized attention throughout their stay.

We kindly ask that you plan your weekend arrivals and departures within our updated hours. We'll continue to communicate all available drop-off and pick-up times clearly and are here to answer any questions you may have as we make this transition.

Thank you for your understanding, support, and continued trust in our team. It is truly our privilege to care for your beloved family members, and we don't take that responsibility lightly. We're excited to invest in our team's growth so we can continue providing the exceptional experience that you and your pets deserve!
