🚨 Rabies Alert in Outagamie County🚨
A bat in Outagamie County has tested positive for rabies.

✅ Keep pets up to date on rabies vaccines – it’s the best way to protect them and your family.
⚠️ If you’re bitten or scratched by a wild animal, wash the wound and seek medical care immediately. Rabies is nearly always fatal once symptoms appear, but it is preventable with quick treatment.
🐾 Never touch bats or other wild animals.

Hello everyone. For those who may not be familiar with me, my name is Michelle, and I serve as the clinic manager at North Heights. I am thrilled to announce that I have officially reached 20 years 🥳 of service at the clinic, a milestone I achieved a couple of days ago, on February 24th. I feel truly fortunate and deeply passionate about my work, which I thoroughly enjoy on a daily basis. While I may be biased, I firmly believe that we have the best clients and staff, which has been instrumental in my enduring love for my job. It has been an absolute pleasure engaging with many of you and witnessing the growth of your animals. Twenty years ago, I was a student in need of an externship, and North Heights generously offered me the opportunity, ultimately leading to my hiring. I must admit that I immediately fell in love with the clinic and never left.
