This software upgrade will allow us to serve you better in several ways, including:
-Improved communication options, so you can reach us more easily.
-Faster and more efficient scheduling and service.
-The ability to care for more patients with less wait time.
-One of the most exciting additions is the launch of a Client/Patient Portal, where you’ll be able to:
*View and request prescription refills
*Request appointments
*Access your pet’s records, including vaccines and lab results
*Pre-Check in for appointments
*Pay your bill
Accessing the portal is simple and secure, with just a few easy steps to log in. As we approach the 28th, we will reach out with more information, and instructions for setting up access to our online portal!
