🧡🐱Happy National Orange Cat Day!🐱🧡

We may only have three official orange kitties here at the shelter…but our torbie girls had something to say about being left out🤣

Sure, they may not be 100% orange, but with all those gorgeous shades of orange, copper, gold and brown mixed into their coats, we think they’ve earned the title of Honorary Orange Cats! 🧡

So today, we’re celebrating ALL kitties with a little bit of orange in their lives 🍊 🧡🐱

Found Dogs - One (pit bull) on McQuade Rd in the town of Amsterdam. The other (shepherd) on Hawk St in the city.

In honor of clear the shelter month we are having REDUCED ADOPTION FEES on several of our pups that have been here awhile. Any of the 5 pups pictured that are taken home before Sept 1st (with an approved application) will be at the reduced rate. Every year, The Kings Inn and Judy Humphrey come
through with their “Kingsfest” event! Thanks to the generosity of their bands and attendees, Judy and crew raised $800 for the shelter!
