Sandman adorned Kallie’s saddle for the first time today - it fits and looks like it was made for him!

Yesterday we threw the starting saddle on him, first time he’d been saddled in well over a year - it was like he’d worn one every day.

We have some fine tuning on the groundwork to complete before swinging a leg, but’s he’s ready for it! We always make sure we have “straight A’s” on all foundational movements on the ground before mounting, keeps everyone safe and ensures overwhelming success!

Keep following as we bring him along, can’t wait to take a ride!

Cruze and Monty (6/7/26)

After the overwhelming response we have received from our first post, we snapped some pictures and videos of Cruze and Monty this morning after feeding.

These kids had 30 day of foundational groundwork and desensitizing Dec-Jan this past winter, and have been turned out to be kids and grow up a bit before starting them u/s this fall. Upper mid 4figs now, to increase rapidly with training.

🦄We also offer training packages and can put 60-90 days on them so you can trail ride this fall! 🙌

Amelia and her guys, Haakon and Cupid, had a great showing at the Bit-N-Bridle. Top four placings across the board for Amelia, including a top prize and a reserve champion! 🏅

It was our first time attending and we’ll be back! We’re looking forward to more shows this summer and continuing to build on the success.

This summer Amelia will get plenty of ride time as our working student, we’re excited to have her and grateful for her strong work ethic! This is just the beginning 🙌

We have four very nice 2 and 3 year old Draftcross prospects in our pipeline to be started this summer. With a number of training and consignment horses on the list as well, we’d consider parting with one or a few to the right fit to continue their eduction.

💛 Sandman - 3 year old ranch bred Draftx dappled palomino gelding, currently 15.2 to finish 16.1. Extremely nice type, kind, willing, easy. A confident amateur could start him undersaddle, he has bee saddled and is going through the fundamentals, highly desensitized and does all the important things: load, lead, tie, lunge, cross tie for farrier, great for vet, kids safe to handle.

♥️ Cruze - 2 year old liver chestnut with white blanket Belgian/App Draftx gelding, should finish around 16h. Has been with us and well handled since weaning. 30 days on concentrated groundwork December - January. Regular farrier care, trims every 5-6 weeks, excellent feet. UTD on all vet/dental, does all the important things. We see him excelling as a 2nd/3rd flight foxhunter, trail riding, western dressage, all around type. He’s brave, curious and kind, easy to be around. Amatuer friendly to start. Currently 6.5k

🩶 Monty - 2 year old Draftx (Percheron/App) dappled gray gelding, should finish close to 17h, maybe bigger. Great bone and feet, well put together and the right amount of athletic. We acquired Monty and Cruze together as weanlings and they’ve been through the same 30 day intensive program December-January. We see him as a foxhunting prospect for all flights, dabble in any show ring, trail ride, a great all around horse as well. Amateur friendly to start. Currently 7.5k

🖤 Onyx - 2 year old Shire Draftx mare from the Wowk Ranch in Canada. She leads, ties, and you can groom her. Other than that she’s a blank slate, we haven’t had much time to get to her since we acquired her in early spring this year. Onyx is sensitive, responsive, curious but also unsure. She’s a prospect for professional only. 5k firm

We have plenty of pictures and videos of these kids, let us know if you have any questions.

This cool cat just came in for training. Follow along his transformation journey as we help him unlock his potential in a new career.

Mossad is a 4 y/o TB who was no speed demon on the track. So far he has proven to be a sweet, kind and willing soul who aims to please. We are excited to work with this young fellow and see what direction he wants to go in. He will be available once started u/s and RRP eligible.

🦄 Sneak peek at a very sweet guy who just came in for lease as his partner has just graduated college.

Safe n Secure “Haakon” is a 14 year old registered APHA gelding who has spent the last 5+ years dabbling in English disciplines (low level eventing, hunter equitation lessons, and living at college with his person with 2x/week group lessons), previously had a career in Western Pleasure and competing at APHA/AQHA shows.

Contact us for video and more info, he’s affordable and adorable! 🦄

Circe ✨

A beautiful 3 year old Shire cross and little sister to our 5 year old mares. Today was all about touching base on the fundamentals, as she’s on deck to be started undersaddle this summer, and needless to say, she was an absolute star.

Naturally, she demanded her own completely unscheduled, movie-star-worthy photo shoot afterward.

Like her namesake, Circe the goddess, this mare is intelligent, powerful, captivating, and just the right amount of spicy. Beautiful and strong in equal measure, a self assured mare.

Brains, beauty, opinions, presence… and the right magic to keep life inspiring. ✨

Thank you to Kim with her incredible Tally Ho Shires and Sporthorses and Leslie with her athletically and intelligently bred AQHA mares for collaborating and creating the stunning mares were so fortunate to have raised since weanlings, our Bay bay-baaayyys! 🥰🥰🥰🦄🦄🦄

🌸Happy Mother’s Day🌸 to all the moms out there who support their children in one of the toughest, yet most rewarding and enriching, pursuits: horses.

A special shoutout to our moms, Cindy Hainline and Cathy Newman, for all the early mornings and long days; for carrying us through both the successes and disappointments; for keeping our spirits high and our hair braided; for making sure we always put our ponies and horses first; for teaching us the importance of horsemanship, sportsmanship, gratitude, respect for our coaches, and always doing our best.

Without the support of our mothers, we wouldn’t be living the incredible life and truth we are afforded today. Through them, we learned hard work, dedication, grit, humility, and kindness. Kallie and I couldn’t be more grateful for their love, their unwavering support, and for always being our biggest fans.

Now, we get to help bring along the next generation of horsemen and horsewomen, and watch their mothers offer that same support and care while their children learn and grow. They experience successes and failures, and learn to communicate with an animal over ten times their size with grace, empathy, and consistency. We couldn’t be happier or more excited for what’s to come.

To all mothers
including those of the four-legged variety

💐Happy Mother’s Day! 💐

We see you, we love you, and we are so grateful for you. 💞
