For the past few months, we've had the pleasure of having Aniaya DeLeon serve as the Global Animal Products lab intern. But now she has returned to school to pursue a Master of Animal Science with a focus on nutrition at Texas Tech. She’s been an important part of our technical team and we’re sorry to see her go, but wish her all the best as she starts this exciting new endeavor.

Research shows that Zinmet® helps cattle bounce back faster from BRD. A USDA-ARS study examined the effects of both source & level of zinc in heifers challenged with BHV-1 and Mannheimia haemolytica.

Heifers supplemented with Zinmet recovered faster, had lower & more stable body temperatures, gained more weight in recovery and signaled stronger innate immune and energy-sparing responses. These results held true even against higher levels of zinc sulfate, proving that more zinc didn’t bring more value – but Zinmet did. Contact us to learn more.
