Bently and cash looking handsome as usually! 🐕❤️🐕❤️ Just a reminder that the shop will be closed march12th-16th. We will reopen on Tuesday the 17th. We will be enjoying some much needed sunshine and warm weather while celebrating my nephew and his beautiful fiance as they become one. 💙

This is a long over due post. Due to the amount of no shows we have been having our policy has changed effective immediately. Anyone that no shows will now be charged half of there grooming bill. We try and accommodate everyone and we understand things come up but when I'm having to pay a employee that was at work on time and ready to work all to have someone no show not only isn't the business being paid for your services you requested I still have to pay her as it isn't fair to her to not be paid. I'm sorry that this has came to this and I really hope everyone understands. Our book fills up fast with our regular clients and we are also trying our best to accommodate clients for pampered paws while she's trying to get her business up and running again. Please if you need a reminder of your appts don't hesitate to ask us we will gladly make sure you get one. Also cancelations that are made 4 hours prior to your appt will also be considered as a no show unless it's under certain circumstances. I didn't want to enforce this but the business has lost lots of money due to no shows..
