As you can see, she’s perfected the art of blanket burrito-ing and taking her snuggle responsibilities very seriously. She can coexist with another feline but would prefer owning her own area!

🚨 Deputy Duty Report! 🚨

Meet Uncle Trayton: named after the deputy who found this handsome guy stuck under a trap and made sure he got the help he needed! After his rescue, Uncle Trayton received a good ol' bath because, let's just say, this gentleman was quite the dirty man. Estimated to be between 1-2 years.

Now cleaned up and looking sharp in his sailor outfit, he's ready to leave his rescue days behind and set sail for a forever home. ⚓❤️

With those giant paws, curious eyes, and sweet personality, Uncle Trayton is hoping his future family spots him soon.

This sweet lover girl absolutely adored being brushed yesterday by one of our wonderful YMCA volunteer members and soaked up every second of the attention.

Some stories just play out extra sweet 🥹

When two tiny newborn kittens arrived at the shelter without a mama, we hoped someone would step up for them… and Tampa said “I got this.”
Tampa welcomed the babies right into her little family alongside her own kitten, Detroit (F), and has been caring for Aunt Bee and Uncle Si like they’ve always belonged together.

Watching this little blended family cuddle up together has absolutely melted our hearts.
Tampa, Detroit, Aunt Bee, and Uncle Si are all available for preadoption at this time.
