📞 IMPORTANT PHONE UPDATE 📞

We are currently experiencing some issues with our phone system. Unfortunately, some voicemails and pharmacy line refill requests are not coming through to us.

While we work to get this issue resolved, please reach out to us through Facebook Messenger or the Otto app if you are having trouble getting through or have not heard back from us.

Because of these phone issues, you may also notice longer response and prescription refill times than usual. If you have already left a message and have not received a response, please don’t hesitate to contact us through one of the options above.

Today is Ellisyn’s last day with us before she heads off to Baker College! While we’re definitely going to miss having her around the clinic, we’re so excited for her as she starts this next chapter. 🐾📚

We’ve loved having Ellisyn as part of the Sunrise team and are so thankful for all of her hard work, kindness, and the care she gives to our patients. ❤️

Thankfully, it’s not really goodbye! We can’t wait to welcome her back to the clinic during school breaks. 🥰
