This past Saturday Abbie came and picked up her AQHA Youth Development c**t from Woodworth Ranch. Abbie chose Tough Gunnin Gatsby, a buckskin by Toughsugarbars Louie ( a son of Sugar Bars Tough by Sonny Sugar and out of a Shining Sparks bred mare) and out of of a ranch raised mare, Gunnin Lil Marabelle.

Gunnin Lucky Felix got to go with his buddy to Utah and the two will grow up together. Felix is buckskin by PR Zans Lil Gunner and out of another ranch raised mare Lucky Sugar Sparks.

Colonels Lil Freya- Lot 36 on the Sugar Bars Legacy Sale this Sunday, September 21st at 1 p.m. at the fairgounds.

Freya is by Smart Lil Colonel aka “Suede” a 2021 Buckskin Roan; out of a daughter of Smart Little Jerry who has NCHA earnings of $197,389 and produce earning in excess of $2,800,000. His pedigree has numerous great horses including Colonel Freckles, Doc Olena, Freckles Pl***oy, Docs Hickory, etc. He has a phenomenal disposition, is smooth, thick muscled, solid feet/legs and so pretty! “Freya’s” dam is a mare that we purchased from Gary & Ginger DeCock at the Sugar Bars Legacy Sale and she has grown into a beautiful mare and great mama. It has been fun watching her change colors over the last few months. She is a well balanced
fi lly with a pretty head, strong feet/legs, short back and curious disposition. Will load and unload, has several weeks of groundwork. All Woodworth Ranch foals are AQHA Ranching Heritage eligible. Current on worming

Lot 29- Sugar Bars Legacy Sale this Sunday, September 21st in Sheridan, WY.

We have waited and waited for a baby out of my Gracie girl and it’s a palomino stallion! If it was a filly, it would be staying home. We purchased Grace as a weanling on the SBLS from the Stirrup
Ranch QH program; a Sugar Bars and Leo bred filly just to name two in her outstanding pedigree. She is an absolutely amazing saddlehorse; great disposition and everyone gets along with her.
“Mushu” is a Palomino stallion by PR Zans Lil Gunner a 2014, palomino bred by Pieper Quarter Horses in Nebraska- with a pedigree that also includes Smart Little Lena and Zan Par Barr. “Snoopy” has a laid back, loyal, and willing personality and his babies are proving to be the same. Will load and unload, has several weeks of groundwork. All Woodworth Ranch foals are AQHA Ranching Heritage eligible. Current on worming.

Lot 26 for Kimberli Magnuson- Sugar Bars Legacy Sale this Sunday, September 21st in Sheridan, WY.

Zaira is a gorgeous Red Dun (she may go Gray), with a personality to go with. She is a calm laid back filly. Her dam is a ranch favorite, she is big, thick with muscle, a gorgeous grey mare. Her sire is our senior stallion, PR Zans Lil Gunner aka Snoopy, a gorgeous laid back, easy golden palomino. He’s one you can kick out to pasture, bring him in saddle him and go all day. Zaria has a nice clean hip, with heavy bones and stout muscle. She is AQHA Ranching Heritage Challenge Eligible. Current on worming.

Lot 21- Sugar Bars Legacy Sale this Sunday, September 21st in Sheridan, WY.

His pedigree has numerous great horses including Colonel Freckles, Doc Olena, Freckles Pl***oy, Docs Hickory, etc. He has a phenomenal disposition, is smooth, thick muscled, solid feet/legs and so pretty! Crossing him on one of our favorite mares was an easy decision- guaranteed color to start with it and an excellent cow bred cross- with the additions of Peppy San/Leo, Poco Tivio/Poco Bueno, Doc Bar, Coys Bonanza, Jaguar & Leo from the mare line. They have gave us a thick bodied/muscled stallion, with a cute head, short back and he’s quick on his feet. His sire stamped him with bone, more muscle, balance & strong feet/legs. “Gucci” will load and unload, has several weeks of groundwork. All Woodworth Ranch foals are eligible for the AQHA Heritage Challenges. Current on worming

Thick well-balanced Palomino stallion out of a “Sugar Bars Tough” daughter crossed with our grandson of Playun- “PR Zans Lil Gunner” a 2014, palomino bred by Pieper Quarter Horses in Nebraska- with a pedigree that also includes Smart Little Lena and Zan Par Barr. “Snoopy” has a laid back, loyal, and willing personality and his babies are proving to be the same. We wish we would have kept more mares out of Toughy. It is exciting to see his daughters as mamas. This stallion has a long deep body and hip, thick-heavy
