What would you have done in this situation? If your dog does not have a tool where you can communicate with them (ie; a leash or properly conditioned e-collar), there will be a situation where you lose control and put your dog in a dangerous situation. As a professional dog trainer, with professionally trained dogs, I would never even let my own dogs off-leash without their e-collars on. I’d much rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it…

If I had one piece of advice for dog owners, it would be this… If your dog is doing something you don’t want them to, DON’T LET THEM! However you get them to stop, do it. They will thank you later :)

This is applicable to any dog. Black or white. Right or wrong. Communicate your boundaries in a language that your dog understands and they will be so much happier!
