Hello!

I am making this post with an extremely heavy heart as an announcement that I will be parting ways from the On Cloud Canine family, with my final day being April 17th. I will be available on Time to Pet and our texting system for any questions, comments and/or concerns until the end of the workday on the 17th (3:30pm).

Caring for your pets and building relationships with both you and the team has meant more to me than I can truly express. I am deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in me and for allowing me to be apart of your pets’ lives. I will truly miss each of you. This decision has been incredibly difficult, and I kindly ask for your understanding and respect for privacy as I navigate this transition.

As I transition out, I feel confident that your pets will continue to receive the same level of attentive, individualized care from our new grooming team (Erica, Grace and Kim).

I will be providing personalized recommendations to help match your pet with the groomer best suited to their needs, though you are truly in great hands with any of them. I encourage you to reach out and welcome our new groomers with open arms.

As schedules are adjusted and we complete the build-out of our second grooming salon, the team will communicate any necessary scheduling updates with you. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility during this transition.

Thank you again for your continued support, it has meant so much to me to be part of this community.

Julep Rosè Soldan
2018-2026 🌈
Our world is sure darker today. Our wild child, Julep Rosè, left us suddenly to join her sister Mojito at the rainbow bridge. She had no symptoms yesterday and was her normal wild silly self. She struggled to jump on our bed but then did fine so we didn’t think much of it. Around 3 am I woke up to her having a small amount of regiritated food. When Jeff went to feed her around 6, she refused to eat. And if you’ve ever met Julep, that sent us in to panic. He brought her to work this morning and we discovered blood in her abdomen and what appeared to be a nodule on her spleen. Jeff opted to proceed with surgery to give her a chance to fight but unfortunately we found multiple lesions and nodules all over her spleen and liver. We made the excruciating decision to let her go while still sedated so she wouldn’t be scared or stressed.

Julep surely lived life to the fullest. She was always the life of the party and down for a good time. She had no patience and no chill and was constantly ready to go on an adventure. She was happiest wet and stinky after dock diving or being a muddy mess after camping with daddy. 7 years wasn’t long enough but she absolutely made the most out of them. Our house is sure quieter today and our hearts are broken but there is relief knowing she didn’t suffer and wasn’t in pain. There is going to be one hell of a party at the bridge today 💔

Run free my crazy girl, hope you’re making some big splashes up there.

Groom Expo West in Pasadena, CA was a blast!!

My husband also got to meet his dream dog breed - I mean, come on, look at how happy he is in that photo!

Sad I can’t go to other grooming expos or trade shows this year due to other travel obligations, but I’m happy this was the one I got to experience!

Also, shoutout to my amazing husband for WINNING me Andi’s Pulse ZR IIs doing limbo!! I can’t thank him enough for entering the competition with me (him and another person had me beat lol)
