I don’t normally do this but before this lady bashes me on social media, I have been nothing but professional and patient with her especially because of her situation. I have explained things about my prices, matting, grooming etc. Now I feel like she tried me out just to compare me to herr actual groomer that works in a shop. Let me make this clear, PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE ME OR MY SERVICES LIKE THAT. Not every groomer grooms the same and not every groomer charges the same. I did a wonderful job on all 5 of her yorkies but this woman literally complained about every single thing, even before their appointment she complained because I have pets of my own. And like I explained to her my dogs are put up and my cat is outside when I’m grooming. She complained and compared my price to her groomers price. But most of all she was specific about what she really wanted especially when I dyed her dogs hair, she told me one thing but she really wanted the whole dog dyed. I am upset because I have difficult clients yes but for her to be new to me I feel like she used me to just compare me and then bashed me and that’s not right nor fair.
