Rider safety is such an important part of what we do, and because of this we’ve decided to open a voluntary recall of our original Shoulder Relief Cinches made before August 2021, as some of these cinches can come apart and cause a fall risk after years of use. This recall does not include any Shoulder Relief Cinches with a Balance Buckle (square buckle). It also does not include any StretchTec Shoulder Relief Cinches. If you have a Shoulder Relief Cinch that qualifies for the recall please reach out to us to details on how to get a replacement with a new Shoulder Relief Cinch.
