Even Dr. Camille has got her own family pets dressed up - we have Axel (taco boy) & Billy (Hawaiian boy) who you might remember as our hand-reared kittens & Mildred their older sister (princess fairy). Unfortunately they can’t enter our competition though, staff perks only go so far!

If you didn’t know it’s vet nurse week 🙂

Today we shared a healthy, wholesome lunch… with a few treats thrown in for good measure This year I really wanted our focus to be on relaxation, getting outside, putting the devices down and taking some time for ourselves.

Also, turns out hospital donation drape makes excellent wrapping paper 😂

Claire handmade a lovely backdrop all by hand, and Kaitlyn found these adorable socks 😆

I was so sad I couldn’t be part of today — I was really looking forward to it! Instead, I got to put my nursing skills to the test at home with my daughter and gastro 🤢

To our lovely nurses — thank you for everything you do, and for always coming together to achieve such amazing outcomes for our patients. Claire, the vets and I feel incredibly grateful for the wonderful team we have here at Taradale vets.
Here’s a few snaps from today for you to enjoy

A special thank you to clients who also brought us treats

Our lovely Linda has swapped the clinic for cobblestone streets, beautiful European scenery, delicious food and a well-deserved holiday! But there’s one thing that hasn’t changed... you can take the vet out of the clinic, but you can’t take the vet out of Linda!

It seems that no matter where she goes, Linda just can’t resist making friends with the furry locals – and we’re not sure whether she’s actually on holiday or secretly conducting a very important international animal friendship tour!

While we’re certainly missing Linda and her presence around the clinic, we are so glad she is making the most of her time overseas. Enjoy the rest of your holiday, Linda and we’ll see you back at the clinic soon - assuming you can tear yourself away from your new European patients! 🐈
