Notice for all clients
As stated in our price list and policy,
The condition you bring your dog to us at time of appointment will determine the groom you receive. We try everything possible to give you the groom you want but in most cases after long periods between grooms it is no longer a viable option due to severe matting. The techniques required and lengths used to remove matted and overgrown coats are for the comfort and benefit of your dogs. We are all about humanity over vanity, matting is not comfortable for your dogs and can hide all sorts of problems. When leaving space between grooms longer than recommended you are leaving us with no other option but to use shorter lengths, as forcing a longer length through is stressful.
This is why regular 6 - 8 week grooming through all seasons combined with at home maintenance (brushing & combing) especially when having longer winter grooms is advised for the benefit of you and your dogs so that their overall health and wellbeing is optimal all year round.
Thank you 💕
