Melanie Newman range is the main shampoo, conditioner and coat conditioning spray I use daily on all dogs whether it’s my own or my clients.
Melanie trained me back in 2011 in Melbourne so it is only fitting I use her products. ❤️
My favourite is the relax range. I love it on oodles especially and the coat conditioning spray makes for a perfect fluffy finish after clipping and sc******ng .

The range also has a relax cologne finishing spray. it’s delicious!

How it began

My grooming career started back in May 2011. I decided to head to Australia to gain a qualification in the industry. I was taught the right way from the start by the top 2 Australian groomers, Melanie Newman and Nicky Renwood who owned the Australian Dog Centre in Moonee Ponds, Melbourne. I have always had a professional ethos as a Dog Groomer and Salon Manager.

I started work as a groomer in a vet clinic initially and then a pet shop. After a couple of years I took on the opportunity offered to me of managing a busy grooming salon; Dappa Dogs Grooming Salon in High St, Lower Hutt. I then took over managing another busy grooming Salon in High St, Lower Hutt.

In my time working I trained and mentored staff to become the best they could be in their given positions as either bathers or groomers, whilst running a busy grooming salon. I believe the time and effort I put in to others has allowed me to gain the necessary skills I need to run my own grooming business.

I really look forward to meeting with clients in my new business new and old and their dogs big or small.
