Yayoi came in recently for her dental scale and polish ✨ She had a full anaesthetic to 🦷 remove tartar 🦷 clean under the gumline 🦷 polish everything smooth 🦷 finish with SANOS for up to 6 months of tartar prevention. During the anaesthetic, our wonderful nurses are monitoring the anaesthetic every step of the way. She woke up beautifully and is now rocking a fresh, healthy smile. Removing tartar is really important to prevent dental disease which can cause root decay and wriggly damaged teeth. Get in touch for a health check if you think your pet has tartar ✨

Patient Spotlight, Patch! 🐾 Patch is a 6-year-old Collie heading dog with a big love for food and sniffing adventures. She keeps busy with agility and scent work, giving agility her best effort (although competition day nerves sometimes get the better of her!), while scent work is her true passion — using her amazing nose and earning plenty of treats and awards along the way.

She’s also a regular visitor to the wonderful team at Vets at St Clair, where she’s always happy to stop by, especially if there are treats involved! 🙌

In her downtime, Patch enjoys running behind her parents on bikes, exploring the bush with friends, and snoozing with her favorite toys.

We’ve upgraded ✅ our new feline-friendly hospital cages have officially arrived - the best cat condos in town…once we got them through the door! There may have been some climbing from Sarah to get to the screwdriver to dismantle a table to fit them in, but they are safe inside and Oscar approves!
