We've recently invested in two fantastic machines that help us diagnose problems faster and give your pets the very best care. 💞
1️⃣ Our Urinalysis machine gives us a detailed analysis of urine samples in minutes. It can detect bacteria, crystals, abnormal cells and other changes that may point to infection or underlying health conditions. Urine testing isn't just useful when a pet is unwell. It can help us spot hidden health issues early, establish a healthy baseline for younger pets, and monitor important organ function in older pets. If your pet is drinking more than usual, having accidents, or struggling to urinate, it can also help us find answers quickly.
2️⃣ Our InVue machine looks closely at blood cells, including their shape, size and structure. This helps us identify signs of infection, inflammation, anaemia and immune-related conditions more accurately. It can also analyse ear swabs, allowing us to quickly identify whether an ear problem is being caused by bacteria or yeast. Knowing the exact cause means we can prescribe the right treatment straight away, helping your pet feel better sooner.
