Just a kind reminder that missed appointments or no-shows will require a 50% payment of the grooming appointment fee.🤷🏼‍♀️
When an appointment is missed without enough notice, unfortunately there isn’t enough time to offer that space to another dog from the waiting list. 😔
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 12 hours before your booking time.🙏🙏🙏

Today was the day I received the last message from Minnie’s mum… and sadly, it was heartbreaking news. I will never get to see Minnie again😢💔
Why am I writing this post…?
Because over all these years Minnie was one of those very special dogs I had the privilege to care for from her very first groom until her very last one. 🥹 I still remember the first time she came to me, the kids brought her in just for a bath and waited the whole time for her while she was getting pampered🥹💗
I am truly so grateful to Minnie’s mum for trusting me with her precious girl all these years💕 Today we grieve together.😢 As I’m writing this, tears are running down my face because after so many years it honestly feels like I’ve lost one of my own dogs.
Run free now, Minnie… run across the rainbow bridge beautiful girl😭💔
You will always be loved and never forgotten🐾
