A rare opportunity has opened up in our Saturday morning therapeutic riding programme.

A horse riding session is more than just riding…
The movement of the horse can help riders regulate their nervous system, improve focus, reduce anxiety, and promote a sense of calm and wellbeing. Many riders benefit from the horse’s natural rhythm and the connection they build, helping them feel more balanced, grounded, and confident.

Our sessions can support:
💚 Emotional regulation and wellbeing
💚 Confidence and self-esteem
💚 Balance, coordination, and core strength
💚 Focus and concentration
💚 Communication and social skills
