The question i get asked most often by new puppy owners is what age do I need to get my puppy groomed at ??

I recommend starting puppy's at 4 months or as soon as they have all their vaccinations.
The puppy photographed below is just 6 months and already severely matted .
I offer mat removal not de matting for these cases .De matting would be very painful.

The owner has now been shown how to correctly groom their dogs coat and has the correct brush and comb to get started. I havent shown the dogs face because I dont want to shame any owner . This is common mistake. Its just a case of starting again. Trust me this little dog will be fluffy again in no time and will stay that way on a regular schedule
