Your pet could save a life ❤️

Blood donors play such an important role in helping other dogs and cats when they need it most. The process is simple: we check your pet’s bloods to make sure they’re fit to donate, they’re gently sedated for the donation and can head home again a couple of hours later.

A very special little visitor 🩵

This beautiful Kingfisher was spotted struggling by the Castleconnell River Association, who brought him into Limerick Veterinary Hospital for some care and attention.

After a little time to recover, he was thankfully feeling much better and was able to be released back into the wild. 🐦💙

We’ve loved welcoming so many feline patients through our doors and seeing them make themselves at home in our dedicated cat consult room and cat ward.

Both spaces have been designed especially with our cat patients in mind, helping to make their visits that little bit calmer and more comfortable.
