Know the signs of heat stroke, Heat waves can be dangerous for dogs. 🌡️🐾

Dogs can’t cool themselves the way humans do, and even a short time in high temperatures can lead to heat stroke. Keep pets indoors during peak heat, provide constant fresh water, avoid hot footpaths, and never leave a dog in a parked car — not even for a minute.

Signs of heat stroke include:
• Excessive panting
• Drooling or thick saliva
• Weakness or collapse
• Vomiting or diarrhea
• Bright red or pale gums
• Confusion or unresponsiveness

If you notice these signs, move your dog to a cool area immediately and contact a vet right away. Staying cool can save a life. ❤️

Helping your arthritic pet feel more comfortable at home doesn’t have to be complicated 🐾💛

Here are a few simple ways to support them:
• Provide a soft, supportive bed to ease joint pressure
• Keep them warm—cold can worsen stiffness
• Use ramps or steps instead of jumping
• Maintain a healthy weight to reduce strain on joints
• Gentle, regular exercise to keep them mobile
• Non-slip rugs or mats to prevent slipping

Small changes can make a big difference in their daily comfort 🐶🐱
Always check with your vet for the best plan tailored to your pet.

Because a little extra care goes a long way in keeping those tails wagging 💕
