🐾 Dear dog and cat parents, 🐶🐱

I always inform you when your pet is ready to go home. Usually, I let you know 15–30 minutes before the grooming appointment is finished. However, there are still cases where pets are not picked up on time, with delays of 30 minutes, 1 hour, or even 2 hours. ⏰

Therefore, from now on, a late pick-up fee will apply:

🐾 Up to 30 minutes late – €20
🐾 1 hour late – €40
🐾 Longer delays will be charged accordingly.

This policy is necessary so that I can give my full attention to my other clients and their pets. ✂️🐕✨ When pets remain at the salon longer than scheduled, they may become anxious, bark, or become unsettled, which can make it difficult for me to focus on providing the highest quality service to other pets in my care.
