Due to family circumstances, all of this week's walks have been carried out by Sian... and what a job she has done.

This week alone she has completed more than 30 walks, looking after 41 dogs, clocking up over 111,000 steps and roughly 55 miles.

All of that has been achieved through the full spectrum of British weather, from torrential rain one minute to blazing sunshine the next.

And she's not finished yet. Sian is still out helping customers today and tomorrow, albeit with slightly smaller numbers.

As a business, we genuinely couldn't do what we do without her. We're incredibly grateful for the effort she's put in this week, as well as all the weeks before and the many still to come. Her dedication has allowed me the time and flexibility to be where I needed to be most, with the people who matter most.

Carlsberg don't do dog walkers. But if they did, they still wouldn't find one like Sian. 🐾

⚽🐾 Today, we carried out some football training during one of our group walks! 🐶🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

🌟 The star of the day was Louis, who showed off some incredible dribbling skills! ⚽🐕 To be fair, all of the dogs were pretty good at dribbling, but Louis really impressed us with the way he protected the ball too. 💪🐾

Unfortunately, our match was cut short by an absolute downpour of rain 🌧️☔. While we all ran for cover 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💨, we turned around to discover that the dogs thought we'd simply started a game of chase and decided to stay out enjoying the rain! 🤣🐶🌧️

This led to a game of rock, paper, scissors ✂️📄🪨 between Sian and Adam to decide who had to brave the weather and round everyone up. 🌧️🐕😂

🏆 Congratulations to Sian on the win—and commiserations to Adam! Remember drips get bigger not wetter 😆👏🐾

☀️🐶 HOT WEATHER = BIG RISKS FOR OUR DOGS 🐾🔥

As dog walkers, your dog’s safety will ALWAYS come before a walk ❤️

Even in the UK 🇬🇧, pavements can become dangerously hot and dogs can overheat in minutes 😢🐕

🌡️ If it’s too hot for your hand, it’s too hot for their paws!
🔥 Hot pavements can cause painful burns
🥵 Dogs can suffer heatstroke very quickly
💧 Hydration, shade & rest are essential

On hotter days we may:
⏰ Walk earlier or later
🌳 Stick to shaded routes
💦 Take extra water breaks
🚫 Shorten or cancel walks if needed and provide drop ins instead

We know cancelling walks can be inconvenient, but protecting your furry family comes first 🐾❤️

Please trust our judgement when temperatures rise ☀️🙏

Sage & Tauries Journey So Far 🐾✨

Name: Sage & Taurie 🐶
Age: 1 & 2 🎂
Breed: Lab/Shar pei - Cockerspaniel 🐕
Specialist Skill: Beauty isnt a skill, you're born with it 🌳💪

Sage and Taurie have been with us for a few months now and its been such a pleasure to walk them daily.

After having a lab x shar pei of our own, we had never seen another so when we got introduced to these pair we fell in love with not only them but the way they are with each other.

Sage as very nervous at the start where as Taurie was an all out character who wasnt afraid of anyone.

It was a struggle due to Sages nervous nature to get her lead on so we relied on the owners to put lead and harness on just to be able to take them but Sians loving and caring nature soon got her out of her shell and strutting the streets with confidence.

Upon getting to know them, we have found a great little group for them to be walked with and now we see them both flying through the fields whether that's a game of fetch or tag they both get full enjoyment out of their walks.

Whilst Sage can be nervous of other people, Taurie will greet absolutly anyone with her smiley face and a wag so hard we cant understand how shes still standing.

Next steps: Bring out Tauries confidence with others in Sage and get her feeling really at home.

We’ve had the pleasure over the last few days of walking these two amazing pups 🐶🐶💛 From running through the potato fields 🥔🌾 to sniffing out every single squirrel 🐿️👃 and getting extremely muddy 🐾😄 — Charlie and Chloe are absolutely full of life and always ready for some serious zoomies! ⚡🐕💨
