2 of our residential dogs out practicing up alderley edge today.

The doodle cross has some very complex aggression issues as well that we are dealing with for his owner. But like everything with Dogs, first and foremost the obedience of the control needs to be solid in all environments.

I’m really pleased with his progress and with the progress of the working cocker spaniel as well who has been fairly straightforward to train but nevertheless a lot of work has been put in to ensure that he’s progressing the way he should do

We are now booked up until February next year. But do get in touch if you’re interested in reserving a place and get in your dog to a high standard of obedience and control.

Two dogs that have just completed our four week residential. has done a fantastic job with them. Young Milo. End of week 2 of his 4 week residential. Already walking reliably to heel off lead and ignoring all distractions. Including a naughty man trying to give him biscuits. If this is something you feel you and your dog would benefit from give us a shout. This dog would previously clear off as soon as the lead was off and we experienced that the first time we let him off on the enclosed field or it took us 25 minutes to get him back. 😤😤

I’m looking for a small medium size dog for an elderly but extremely active client.

She’s had a bad experience with a rescue Kennels so we DONT want to get one from a rescue.

We want to adopt one from somebody’s home where we can assess the dog and make sure it’s good with people other dogs and easy for her to handle.

Unfortunately, she’s just lost her dog. This needs to be something straightforward with no behavioural issues. An older dog would be okay. She’s prepared to put training in if necessary, but it can’t be too much of a handful. If anybody knows of anything that might be appropriate or someone looking to rehome their dog, this will be a superb forever Home.

This is the result at the end of week one of our residential training plan. I can’t take any credit for this. It is all has done a fantastic job with this young Labrador that was a real handful on the lead and off the lead. Obviously a long way to go yet and we’ve got another three weeks. Watch her progress. Had a great morning delivering staff training to The owner is a good friend of mine and regularly asks for advice with dogs coming into their care. She’s keen for all the staff to be up-to-date with knowledge on behaviour and training to make sure that all the dogs that stay with them have the right approach. They’re going to be running structured Puppy sessions where the puppies are going to have a lot of individual time and I’ve given them some advice on things that will help puppies whilst they’re in their care to feel confident and not get overstimulated or learn the wrong behaviour around other dogs. Thanks for having me hope it was useful
