We have one place available on our multi discipline training camp
July 17th 18th 19th at our training venue in cranage near Holmes chapel Cheshire

This is a fun relaxed camp where you can spend time with your dog learning and trying new skills for any level

Agility
Gundog training
Obedience
Rally obedience

Arrive Friday 17th July from midday onwards, meet and greet and quiz night with pizzas (bring some cash for pizza)

Saturday - cooked breakfast, morning and afternoon training session followed by BBQ and games

Sunday - cooked breakfast, morning and afternoon training session followed by presentations

This camp is only £180 including all training, camping, breakfasts and BBQ

( you don’t have to camp you can travel back and forth)

Astle country fair is our favourite show! we got to perform with our displays teams again this year.

The weather was kind of us and this year wehad the best team ever! Everyone helped each other and pulled together to make it a very successful weekend not only in our displays but in the fun dog show which took over 100 entries yesterday

Looking forward to our next show in June Crewe armed forces day

Cheshire K9 Training celebrates its 10‑year anniversary this year, but Heather’s experience stretches far beyond that — over 20 years of training dogs across Cheshire, shaping dogs and owners with knowledge, patience, and a true passion for canine wellbeing making her one of Cheshire’s most respected trainers, and she will be available on the day to answer your training questions, offer guidance, and share her extensive knowledge of canine behaviour and training. This is a fantastic opportunity for dog owners who want reliable, experienced, science‑based advice from someone who has dedicated her career to helping dogs thrive. Wednesday training sessions

All classes will be cancelled tomorrow for the welfare of all our members dogs, your dogs come first and it is just to hot to make them train.

Please do not walk you dogs when the temperatures are this high and don’t let them sunbathe in the garden, keep them cool indoors.

Do not soak them with cold water as they can go into shock.

Do some training at the weekend at home and on your walks when the temperature is supposed to be cooler

For the welfare of all the dogs today (Tuesday) all our training sessions and 1:1 bookings will be cancelled

Please do not walk your dogs today, keep them in the shade and preferably indoors, dogs overheat rapidly and can get heatstroke very quickly which can be fatal.

Do not soak your dog in cold water in rivers or with hosepipes as they can go into shock, cool water, cool coats and cool mats are perfect for this weather

We will monitor the temperatures each day as to if we train or not and updates will be posted

3 days at the Smallwood steam rally

Our display team had their own dog activities ring as normal as this great show.

Saturday- we managed to run displays in the side ring, do a performance in the main arena and run the fun dog show.

Sunday - was a different matter, we had to get a display in early and cancel our slot in the main arena as it got far too hot for our dogs. We ran the dog show but got through the classes quickly before it got too hot.

Monday - we cancelled everything today and got all the dogs in the shade

Next weekend we are at the Astle country show in Chelford and it’s looking a bit cooler
