New Policy as of Monday 10th February 2025

I have recently had an influx of people rescheduling and cancelling last minute, even an hour before the appointment, it is extremely difficult to fill these appointments with little notice.

I completely understand that people will need to reschedule and cancel their appointments. That's absolutely fine but I need to put policies in place to protect my business.

The new policy will be as follows;

You can cancel / reschedule for free upto 24hrs before your appointment.

If you cancel under 24hrs before there will be a charge of £25, this can be paid straight away or added to your next appointments charge.
