Gutted to be writing this in all honesty.. Will only be going to the perfect home 🏡
AVAILABLE WITH 28 DAY TRIAL.

16hh 9yo coloured ESH gelding. Very well bred with super conformation.
Good to bath, catch, clip, load, travel, handle & farrier. Easy to do in all ways, a real gentleman. Very sweet and kind natured boy. Intelligent and switched on so always learning and trying to please.

Schooling
Very well schooled. Lots of buttons to push when you know what to ask! Flying changes, leg yeild, walk to canter, collection, extension established. Working on piaffe, half pass, turn on the forehand - almost established. Massive elastic paces. One of those horses where you get lost in time.

Jumping
One of the most powerful jumpers I've ever ridden, with some serious ping and scope.
He is building his confidence SJ as not done as much of this before us, however once he builds trust in his rider he will do anything for them.
XC he is a machine, jumps anything pointed at and gives or takes leads.
One to watch for the future, this lad is capable of some big tracks with the right rider.

Hacking
Hacks out first or last, alone or in company. Crosses any terrain confidently. Happily takes the lead or hangs back to look after the kids.
Good with cars (around 'normal' roads) but when we hack down the main road he does like to stop and look at the larger traffic (artics/double decker buses etc) as he can worry about these.

CV
With us he has.. been on pleasure rides, pub rides, showing shows, show jump training, show jump shows, XC schooling at Milton Keynes and Alconbury, hound exercise & team chasing.
With previous owners he has done a lot of showing, qualifying and competing at RIHS X2, hunted, XC farm rides etc.

Although he is a genuine and kind boy he is not suitable for novices. He is suited to a rider that wants to go out and have some real fun be that hunting, showing, dressage, team chasing etc.
Please no yards where he will be a 'number' this boy thrives on and deserves to be someone's heart horse.

Has anyone noticed a change in their horse’s behavior recently? 🌿🐴

As we transition from the warmth of summer into the cooler autumn months, it’s completely normal for horses to show some shifts in behavior. The cooler temperatures and shorter days mean that the grass has less sugar, which can lead to fluctuations in their energy and mood.

Additionally, the changing weather, like brisk winds and cooler temperatures, can make horses more alert and reactive. To support them you can provide plenty of turnout time and ensure they’re kept warm and comfortable. This helps them stay calm and balanced.

Its also so important to remember, horses are mirrors. If your not feeling calm and grounded, its highly unlikely your horse will be capable of offering you the same. So keep practising your mindfulness to get the best out of you and your horse.

If you're really struggling adding a table spoon of food-grade Epsom salts, which are pure magnesium sulphate, to their diet daily can help calm their nervous system and reduce any heightened behavior if there is an imbalance present.

Do you have any other tips or experiences that help your horse stay balanced and calm during these seasonal transitions? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments!
