Dogs don't understand "don't do that" they understand "do this behaviour instead of the one you're currently doing". With some consistent training you can have a much easier life with your pup🐾

Mental stimulation is super important for your dog to reduce boredom and curb behavioural issues.
A few things you can use:
Puzzle mats and balls
Frozen and wobbler kongs or licky mats
Ribbon ball
Toys
Boxes
Bowls
Towels
Old clothes
Snuffle mats
Train it something
Play "find it" in the house or garden

All of these things help the dog use its brain, reduce stress, cure their boredom and can calm them down.

You don't have to use treats for everything, you can use low calorie kibble or half its dinner and use the rest of it for these games which will help keep your dog calm, entertained and a healthy weight
