Little Jems would like to officially introduce Tesni as part of the Little Jems family.
Tesni came to Little Jems to do her work experience whilst studying Animal Management lv3, having now finished the course she has stayed with me to help me with all of your babies.
Under my strict supervision, Tesni is proficient in nail trimming, bath & drying, ear cleaning, brushing and de-shedding with plans to learn more.
Having 5 dogs in the family home herself, Tesni is a huge dog lover which fits perfectly with Little Jems passion for the utmost care, love and safety for all babies.

Here at Little Jems, everyone's wellbeing has always been top priority and that includes grooming in extreme hot weather. The grooming room here is equipped with air-conditioning, fresh water is always available individually and an extra bowl is also placed outside in my covered area. As always everyone takes their turn for wee wee breaks outside, and has their own space in the grooming room where they can settle comfortably.

As a dog groomer, I do a little more than just cut your dogs hair.
I cuddle them, smooch them, dance with them, notice new lumps & bumps, notice when their not feeling themselves, take time with them, listen to them & I bond with them.
That bond we create together, for me, is the point. The whole point. The trust we have in eachother & love we have together. Each & everyone that comes in to see me is treated just like my own for that short time I have them that day, I try my best to give them a positive experience & lots of love & understanding. So when the day comes & I get that phone call or visit please know that my heart breaks everytime too. Im not the best at showing my emotions especially when im upset but I have loved them & will miss them in my own way. I am eternally grateful to you for trusting me with your babies & allowing me to know them for the time we had together.
I never post individually because it's not my news to share, to each & everyone on the bridge Jemjem loves you xx
