Today was my last day today and Eddy was my last dog of the day. Thank you very much to all of my wonderful customers, a huge thank you for the beautiful gifts I received from Sue and Karen today as well. I have a huge number of wonderful memories. Watch this space.... maybe I will set up again from Lincolnshire! 🐾

After 9 years of running Caroline's DOG WASH & Groomers I can confirm that my business will be closed from 13th May 2026. My husband and I are in the process of moving to Lincolnshire to live near my family.

Being a groomer in Burton has been the best job I have ever had. I have met so many wonderful people, and even more wonderful dogs who have filled my heart with joy. I am super sad to be leaving all these wonderful people and fur-babies behind. However I look forward to the next chapter in our new home.

I would like to say Thank You to every customer that has used my services over the years. Without you I would not have been able to do the thing I love day to day and call it a living.

I shall continue to meet all appointments booked up to and including the 12th May 2026. If anyone needs to cancel an appointment before then, please let me know. I have some spaces left to fit my final appointments in, so contact me if you would like to take one of these spaces.

Following a turbulent couple of months, I am now returning to my normal working hours as of next week. I would like to thank all of my lovely customers who have been very supportive during the illness and passing of my father.

I still have a long list of people to contact and book appointments. However I appreciate people may have made alternative arrangements in the meantime. If you still need me to book an appointment for you but you want it at a later date rather than ASAP, please drop me a message.

Once again, thank you for all the patience and support I have received from you all.

Dear Customers,

If you have experienced delays in receiving your yearly appointment list, or a reply to a message. Please accept my apologies as these delays may continue. My father has been ill since Christmas and is currently at end of life. I am working as and when I can but may need to alter plans at last minute. I will book and message all yearly appointments as I am able to book these. I do not expect these disruptions to be long term and will resume my normal services as soon as possible.

I am now fully booked until the new year. If you need a groom/bath before christmas I will create a list of people to contact if I get any cancellations. However I cannot guarantee an appointment will become available.

Some of you will know I have been unable to work the last couple of weeks as I was Covid Positive. I had to cancel all appointments during this time and I thank all of my wonderful customers for being so lovely and understanding.

I am now recovered and returning to work tomorrow (Saturday 21st). I will be contacting everyone who's appointment was cancelled to rebook. This may take a few days to sort as I have a total of 46 dogs to book in around existing appointments.

Thank you again to all my lovely customers during this time.

If anyone contacts me to book an appointment in the next few days, it may take me a little longer to reply. Apologies in advance.
