If you have been looking to book your experience this month please don’t delay in getting in touch as this last slot will go very quickly.

🐾 Our animal experiences have been extremely popular this summer with dates going fast!
We are happy to say that we still have lots of weekday availability if you wanted to book your session in at a quieter time.

🐾 We have 3 types of animal experiences here at Cedars Nature Centre.
The minimum age is 6 years old and our experiences start from just £40 per person.

🐾 Wow, our session for our home education group on Friday 19th September has sold out!

If there is enough interest we will be adding a second slot at 10 till 11am. Would you like to attend?

🐢 Our Home Education Group is for ages 4-16 years.
Each month our education officer Lucy will bring you a different topic.

🦏 This month we will be learning all about Zoo Keeping !
We will be learning how to health check animals, what records we keep, How we educate our visitors and how we keep our animals busy and happy at the zoo!

Then you will get the opportunity to give it a go!

This will be a very hands on session indeed!

This ticket is £10 per child with one adult free.

We run talks every 45 mins, check out our daily talk schedule below!

📚 Schools are back and we are here to tell you all about our offsite animal visits with our education officer Lucy!

You can book Lucy to visit your school alongside a selection of animals based around whichever curriculum based topic you are learning about!

🦔 Wether it’s rainforests or minibeasts, classification or animal diets. We can provide a fun, educational experience without the stress (and cost) of piling children onto a coach for the day!

☀️ It’s the last days of the summer holidays and schools go back this week (or next!). However the fun doesn’t stop here at Cedars Nature Centre!

🐾 Thank you to everyone who has visited us over the past 6 weeks!
We hope you have enjoyed our 6 weeks of summer, we have had some great feedback and it’s such a boost to hear those who have been coming back each week to experience a new trail or event.

☀️ Don’t forget the fun doesn’t end with the summer, this is our daily talk schedule all the way until November!

🐾 Everyday you can feed the meerkats and fish, meet a skunk, minibeast and mystery animal and even get to see our kookaburras be fed too!
