When Bailey began limping and showing signs of pain, his family knew something wasn't right. With a history of anxiety and adverse reactions to multiple medications, Dr Justine Berger (BVSc GP Cert FelP MRCVS) and the teams at Medivet 24 Hour Hendon, Medivet Temple Fortune and Medivet Watford, all came together to make sure he had a bespoke treatment plan tailored to his individual needs.

Miley came in to be spayed. To ensure that our patients are kept warm during their surgeries we give them heating aids such as the bair hugger, heat pads, bubble wrap and knitted socks and jumpers.
Your pets are unable to maintain their temperature during surgery so it is important that we keep them warm.
Plus we always like an excuse to give them cuddles when they wake up.
A big thank you to Margaret who knitted some socks for our patients.

• We welcome donations of towels and bedding for our inpatients.
• We ensure clinical and pharmaceutical waste is disposed of safely and efficiently.
• We encourage clients to return unused medication so it can be disposed of safely and responsibly.
• We support staff through the Cycle to Work scheme, helping reduce emissions and promote healthy commuting.
• We send emails instead of letters wherever possible to reduce paper use.

Vinny was waiting patiently for his check up. We try to encourage pets to feel as comfortable and welcome as possible whilst they are here. Plus we try not to keep you or your pet waiting too long for their appointment. The nurses are on hand to give your pet attention and treats when they come into the practice. You were a very good boy Vinny.
