Hi everyone hope your well, unfortunately due to an increasing number of no shows and last minute cancellations, I’m having to implement a new policy.

As I’m sure you can appreciate, as I only work on a one to one basis with your lovely fur babies, my appointment spaces are limited.
A no show or last minute cancellation means I’m unable to fill that appointment.
Thank you for your understanding 🐾❤️

A 50% deposit is required when booking an appointment, this will be refunded if cancellation is made 48 hours or more prior to your appointment.

With spring approaching, ticks become more active in the warmer months. This means your pooch may be more susceptible, so after a nice long walk make sure to check them over for any lumps and bumps or redness and irritation. And regularly use a tick treatment as this will either kill or repel ticks. 🐾❤️
