Hi all, I just wanted to post a polite reminder about my terms and conditions that are in place for any and all bookings. Unfortunately in the past 3 weeks alone I’ve had numerous late cancellations and a few no shows, my total loss for this time period only is a whopping £392!

As I’m sure you can imagine that’s a really damaging figure to such a small business, I work alone and my business is my only income. Going forward I am going to be extra strict when it comes to enforcing these terms and conditions. I want nothing more than my little business to thrive so I can continue pampering your pooches until I retire, these terms and conditions are in place to protect my income and my business.

As always I will continue to be understanding but I will be cracking down on these policies. This also stands for late collection. I just want to say this post isn’t aimed at anyone in particular, these past 3 weeks have just been a bit of an eye opener for me.
