🐾 I don't usually do this but, I'm so angry! My sister has her own little grooming & dog walking business. Yesterday, whilst grooming a dog, she accidentally nicked her ear. Ears are the absolute worst! They just don't stop bleeding 😩 Jac put a temporary bandage on the dog as we are trained to do, called the owner & the out of hours vet & hot footed it there. The dog required a few stitches & was sent home. Jac paid the bill & left her insurance details with the vets. Today I have been accused of neglect & running multiple businesses, like i have the time for that! This dog is not one of my customers. The daughter sent me a message so I called her & told her to get her facts right before bothering me. Apparently I was vicious on the phone 😬 They have carried this on all afternoon with my poor sister, she's absolutely beside herself. They are now threatening both my grooming business & my sisters. I really don't need this at the moment. Anyway, all i ask is if you see any defamatory posts on social media regarding a dog called Lyla, please report them as harassment xx 🐾

🐾🐩🐈‍⬛️ I thought I'd give you all an update. I started my chemotherapy on 1st August. Unfortunately I had an acute reaction to the drugs so my next appointment has been moved back & they have to tweak the medication 🫤 Due to the reaction, I'm not able to work. I'm on extra medication to try & get me well enough to re-start the treatment on 2nd September 🤞 Thank you for being so patient & a big thank you to my sister Jacqui Palfreyman for holding the fort. I'm going stir crazy but, it has to be done 💪 Hope you're all enjoying the lovely weather & keeping cool. Give all your fur kids a hug from me. I'll update you again soon xx🐈‍⬛️🐩🐾

🐾 Update time. I'm healing really well from surgery, they managed remove all the tumour 🥰 Unfortunately, the biopsy did show that there's still a few cells hanging around so I will be having chemotherapy as a preventative measure 🫤 I'll know more on Tuesday as I have a meeting with the treatment consultant. Obviously I don't know how this will affect me so, for the time being, Jacqui Palfreyman will be holding the fort as much as is possible. I hate to say this but, if your pet is in desperate need of a groom, it might be a good idea to book in with another groomer. Again, thank you to everyone who has messaged me wishing me well, it really does mean alot xx🐾

🐾 Hi, just a quick update. My surgery went well & I'm home recovering ❤️‍🩹 I have a meeting in 2 weeks where I'll know if everything was removed or, if I need any follow-up treatment. Hopefully i don't 🤞 As you can imagine, doing nothing is so difficult for me! Mark is off work with me & being a brilliant nurse 🤣 My cats haven't left my side! Thank you for the cards, flowers & well wishes 🥰 I'll keep you all updated 🐾

🐾 I will not be working for the next few weeks as of the end of today (6th June). My surgery is booked for next Tuesday🤞 Jacqui Palfreyman will be taking some bookings & will be in touch regarding current appointments as some will need to be cancelled/rescheduled. Hi, thought I better do an update. I have been diagnosed with endometrial cancer 🥺 I am waiting for a date for surgery. As soon as I know, I will let you all know as i will be unable to work for some time xx

🌈💙🐾 We are so very sad to learn Archie had to be helped on his final journey today 🥺 To say Archie was a character is putting it mildly! We will really miss him. He would hunt out the treats & fetch the water bowl if he was thirsty. He was always happy to visit & always up to mischief 🥰 Run free Archie, we'll never forget you. Our heartfelt condolences to Vicky Evans & family. Extra cuddles for Tia 🐾💙🌈

🐾 We are not currently taking any more bookings. I am waiting on results of a biopsy to see if I need a hysterectomy. If I need to reschedule any appointments due to hospital visits, I will give you as much notice as possible 🐾
