Cooling Off in Style 💦

These two gorgeous Dachshunds, Hugo and Lola, are currently boarding with us and enjoyed a swim in the hydro pool today. A perfect way to cool off and have some fun in the warmer weather. ☀️🐾

Swimming is a fantastic form of exercise for dogs. It provides a full-body workout while being gentle on the joints, helps build muscle strength, improves cardiovascular fitness, and can be a great confidence booster too.

Most importantly for today, it was a fun way for these two to stay cool and comfortable while enjoying their holiday with us.

Welcome Astrid 🐾

This gorgeous girl came along for her very first session with us today. Astrid is an 8-month-old Afghan Hound who'll be joining us for some fun and fitness while building her confidence along the way.

She took everything in her stride and was a pleasure to work with. It's always lovely to see young dogs trying new things and growing in confidence with each experience.

And can we just take a moment to appreciate that she's only 8 months old?!

We're looking forward to watching her develop, have fun, and enjoy the journey with us.

Good luck to Jason and Digit as they take part in the IGP WUSV Selection Weekend! 🐾💪

Digit regularly comes to us for swimming sessions to help build her fitness, strength, and conditioning, helping her perform at her very best in training and competition. It’s been fantastic to be part of her journey and watch her develop into such a capable athlete.

A huge credit also goes to Jason, whose dedication, commitment, and countless hours of work have helped create such a strong partnership. Success at this level takes an incredible amount of effort behind the scenes, and it certainly shows.

We know you’ve put in the hard work, so now it’s time to enjoy the weekend and give it your all. And Jason… don’t forget Digit’s warm-up and cool-down programme! 😉

Bernese Mountain Dogs were originally bred in Switzerland as hardworking farm dogs, helping pull carts and herd cattle in the Alps! 🇨🇭🏔️

Despite their large size, they’re known for being incredibly gentle, loyal, and affectionate.

We can’t wait to see Jasper’s big personality shine!
