We love Cornwall and we see so much of it on our visits (from our car) so we decided to stay there, run the coast path, play in the sea - Goran Haven, Mevagissey, PortMellon- so incredible!

If you have ever had to say goodbye to a child’s pet, it’s a double whammy, you are so sad for them and so sad to lose your precious pet. Absolutely heartbreaking.

Today we said goodbye to our faithful friend Chilli who has supported our daughter through a lot… I hope it is ok to say, I didn’t know I was going to cry so much.

Sometimes it just takes a few days to reset- and the Isles of Scilly were perfect- I think I had multiple snoozes everyday, I didn’t realise how tired I was!

How do you stay mindful? Sam and I have to actively put time aside for it- this week it takes on a different form with the heat… that’s when we are glad to be Cornish Vets
