Duke as well overdue a good deshed! We bathed him in deshed shampoo, used the power dryer to get as much out as we could and then brushed him through with a few different undercoat combs to get as much hair as possible out, and as you can see from the photos we got a lot out!!🐶🤍

Silly girl Bella😂 I absolutely LOVE her and I like to think she loves me too! She likes to be as close as possible, Bella is bigger than me and doesn’t get into the bath on her own so the gym certainly comes in handy! She loves the bath and the little hairdryer (so long as I keep her topped up with treats anyway) she’s such a good girl and I absolutely love having her🐶🤍

Cotton is a corgi x kokoni and this was his first groom and he did such a good job, he did absolutely hate the bath and try to jump out multiple times🤦🏻‍♀️ but lots of talking he managed to stay in. Once he’s done it a few times he will learn he’s perfectly safe in the bath, he loved the dryer and I almost sent him back to his mum with another mini Cotton with the amount of hair that came out!🐶🤍

This post is for education!
So George was booked in with no real information on him or how he was for a groom (also my fault as I didn’t ask), upon collection his dad said he was very wary of new people, and past groomers have muzzled him although he’s never gone for anyone, so immediately i was a little cautious. George barked a lot initially but he got into the van all on his own with me holding his lead, which was amazing. You can see him panting in his before and after photos showing he is still quite stressed for his groom, but we took it super slow with lots of talking and praise and lots of water breaks, he didn’t once growl or pull away from me or give me any indication he would ever need a muzzle, and with a few more grooms I’m certain he will enjoy seeing me pick him up. George is a perfect example of what a bit of extra time and care can do🐶🤍

I hope everyone’s enjoying the lovely weather🐶🤍

I’ve got some crazy busy days coming up this week, I’m super grateful to be as busy as I am! With that being said if it is too hot I will be rearranging the dogs booked in. As beautiful as the sun is, it can be incredibly dangerous for your little fur babies, your dogs will not die from pushing back a groom but they could well from heatstroke 🐶🤍

I will park in the shade where possible, I have a very good ac unit in the van and lots of water for your pooches throughout their groom, if your dog is one who’s quite stressed for a groom I’d recommend rearranging either first thing in the morning or later in the evening🐶🤍

Let’s keep our babies safe in the heat🐶🤍

I am super behind on photos so let’s start the backlog with these little stunners. Pippa and Poppy are absolute angels for their grooms. Poppy (black & white) is the quieter of the 2 and absolutely loves a cuddle during her groom and Pippa (black & tan) is the bouncy one although she’s an angel for me in the van and even gave me a handshake 🐶🤍
