A little polite reminder regarding appointments below.
I’ve noticed an increase in last minute cancellations and missed appointments recently, so I just wanted to gently highlight my policy.
When you book an appointment, although I do send reminders where I can, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your booking.
Late cancellations and no shows have a big impact on my small business. That time is reserved specifically for you, and when it’s missed, it’s income I’ve already planned towards my family, bills, and running costs of my business.
I completely understand that things can happen, but I’d really appreciate as much notice as possible so I can try to fill the space.

When booking an appointment, please ensure you are familiar with my terms and conditions. By sending the booking fee, you are confirming that you agree to these terms.
These policies are in place to protect my small business. Like many others, I have bills to cover, an assistant to pay, and clients waiting for available slots. Having clear terms ensures fairness for everyone and allows me to run smoothly while giving each pet the care and attention they deserve.
