🐾 Puppies Galore 🐶💙

Kate recently brought in her adorable litter of eight Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppies, with a very proud mom, for their very first vaccinations and microchipping at Wrekin View Vets 🩺✨

Yesterday was their big first vet visit and they were all such brave little superstars! 🌟🐾
We absolutely loved meeting them all and giving them plenty of cuddles along the way .💕

Welcoming a new puppy into your family is such an exciting adventure, but making sure they’re protected with their vaccinations is one of the best ways to keep them happy, healthy, and safe 🐕💉

If you’d like to chat about your puppy’s vaccinations or book them in, feel free to give us a call on 📞 01952 223032.

🐾 Building Confidence at Wrekin View Vets! 🐾
Did you know our waiting room is the perfect spot for puppy socialisation?

On Friday, we had a super cute meet-up! Brody, a 7-month-old Australian Labradoodle (rocking his medical suit! 👕), made a new friend in Toast, a 6-month-old Miniature Dachshund. 🐶❤️

Want to help your pup feel like a pro at the vets? Try these "Happy Visit" tips:
✨ Pop-In Visits – Swing by just for treats and fuss so they learn the vet is a fun place to be!
✨ Calm Watching – Let them observe other pets from a distance and reward them for staying relaxed.
✨ Treat Power – Bring their absolute favourite snacks to create those positive associations.
#✨ Team Hello’s – Getting gentle attention from our staff helps them feel brave about being handled.

Building confidence now makes for a happy, waggy tail for life! 🐾✨Do you have a photo of your pet looking brave in our waiting room? Share it in the comments below! #

Each May, the British Veterinary Nursing Association leads Veterinary Nursing Awareness Month, shining a spotlight on the incredible work veterinary nurses do every single day. 🐶🐱🐹🐭🐰

This year’s theme, Compassion and Empathy, perfectly captures the heart of what our veterinary nurses bring to their roles — not just caring for their patients, but also supporting pet owners with kindness, understanding, and reassurance when it’s needed most.💚

At Wrekin View Vets, we’re proud to celebrate this special month and want to say a huge thank you to our amazing nursing team Steph, Katy, Mel, Steph and Emma . Your dedication, skill, and compassion make such a difference to every animal and person you care for — we truly appreciate everything you do 💚
