🐾 A Quick Update on Our Payment Terms 🐾
We introduced deposits to remove any awkwardness and keep things focused on what really matters — the pups ❤️
Unfortunately, over the past couple of days we’ve had two bookings of a week or more cancelled without deposits being paid. As we only take on 5–6 dogs at a time (despite being licences for 9) to ensure each dog gets plenty of care and attention, these spaces fill during peak season and over the past week we have turned bookings down for July and August. Therefore any cancellations become difficult to fill at short notice which could have otherwise been filled.
Because of this, a 50% deposit will now be required before any booking is confirmed. Please do not bring your pup if you’ve not paid a deposit as we may have filled this space.
When booking your dog’s trial stay, we will also take the deposit for their main stay at the same time.
We always aim to be fair and understanding where possible — we’re human too and know plans can change. However, as a small business, our paddock, facilities, and running costs continue whether a space is filled or not.
If your dog doesn’t pass their trial or we feel we’re not the right fit, the main stay deposit will be refunded.
Otherwise, our standard terms apply:
🐾 Cancellations within 30 days – deposit is forfeited
🐾 Cancellations within 7 days – full remaining balance payable
🐾 Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred with 30+ days’ notice
