Hot dog days are here! Don’t let the heat catch you (or your pooch) off guard!

With this heatwave in full swing, here are some essential dog care tips to help keep your furry friend safe, happy, and cool:

🌅 Walk early or late: Avoid midday heat, opt for early mornings or cooler evenings.
💧 Hydration is key: Keep fresh water available and try adding ice cubes to their bowl for extra chill.
🌳 Stay in the shade: Avoid hot pavements and stick to grassy, shaded routes.
🛁 Cooling aids: Use cooling mats or damp towels for lounging pups.
🚫 Never leave dogs in cars: Even for a minute, it gets dangerously hot, fast.

Packed full of delicious goodies, it’s available for both my lovely grooming clients and the general public, so your pups never have to miss out 🦴

It’s super simple to use:
🐾 Choose your treats
💷 Pay by cash, QR code or BACS
🔔 There’s a Ring doorbell in place for security

Whether you’re popping by after a walk or visiting for a groom, it’s the perfect little stop for a well-deserved treat (just make sure your dog brings their paw-ket money 😆🐶)

Now the weather is warming up, its time for outdoor fun!

Remember to protect your furry friend from the sun's harmful rays. Apply dog-safe sunscreen to areas with thin or light coloured fur, like the nose and ears. Plus don't forget to offer plenty of shade and water during playtime.

Two days, countless wagging tails… and full hearts 🐶

We’ve had the most amazing couple of days at The Big Bark at Lydiard Park 🐾
From meeting so many lovely dogs to chatting with their wonderful owners, it’s been such a special event for us and for Gloria our mobile pet shop 🚐

There’s nothing better than being surrounded by happy pups, wagging tails, and fellow dog lovers; it’s exactly why we love what we do.

Thank you so much to everyone who came over, supported us, and treated their dogs (we loved meeting every single one of you!) 🦴
