Covid update to all our lovely grooming customers:
DEFRA have updated the requirements for pet grooming and government restrictions states that pet grooming can go ahead but only for vet referrals and for the dogs welfare, meaning dogs that have skin conditions and dogs that are severely matted causing discomfort to the dog.
Therefore I have no choice but to delay regular grooms. These regulations are to prevent unnecessary outings until lockdown eases.
I will contact you all individually but please contact me if your dog is in desperate need.
Writing this post makes me very sad but hopefully it won’t be for long. Thankyou all for your patience and understanding and please stay safe
